Woodlawn permit value jumps to $3.8 million
Woodlawn issued 37 permits in June, up from 10 the month before, with a total value of $3.8 million—nearly seven times May's $490k. Most of that activity came through the express permit program, which accounted for 21 of the permits. Eight were for new construction, six for renovations. No new businesses opened or closed, and 311 requests stayed flat.
