Woodlawn permit value jumps to $47.6 million
One or two big-ticket projects drove Woodlawn's November permit value to $47.6 million, up from $1.4 million the month before. The neighborhood issued 27 permits, roughly flat with October's 28. Half were filed through the express program. Four went to new construction, four to renovation work, and five covered elevator equipment. No new businesses opened or closed during the month.
