West Ridge issued 48 permits in September, up from 33 the month before. Most of that lift came from the express program, which accounted for 29 of the total. Ten renovation permits and five sign permits rounded out the top categories. Total dollar value held fairly steady at $3.04 million, up just 2.7%. No new businesses or closures on the books this month.
