West Ridge pulled 34 permits in September, down 28% from August, but total construction value more than doubled to nearly $4 million. Most of that came through 23 express permits — quick-turnaround projects that don't require full review. Another six permits covered renovations or alterations. No new business licenses were recorded, and no 311 complaints landed in the city's September dataset for the neighborhood.
