West Pullman's permit value shot up nearly 1,300% in December, hitting $27.4 million compared to just under $2 million the month before. The neighborhood pulled 28 permits total, with 20 of them through the city's Express Permit Program. Six renovation permits and two new construction permits rounded out the activity. No new businesses opened and none closed during the month.
