West Pullman permit value hits $3.8M in October
Permit value in West Pullman jumped to $3.8 million in October, up from $382k the month before—a ninefold increase. Permit count dipped slightly to 31 from 32. Twenty-four of those permits came through the Express program. No new business licenses were issued. Service requests dropped 8% to 908, led by 89 garbage cart maintenance calls and 77 street light complaints. Crime fell 11% to 299 incidents, with violent crime down 7% to 95.
