Service requests jumped 37% to 941 last month, with potholes leading at 96 calls. Garbage cart complaints hit 70, street lights out reached 52. Permits more than doubled from 18 to 37—30 of them express permits—though total value dipped slightly to $1.28 million from $1.31 million. Crime rose 22% to 216 incidents. Violent offenses climbed from 52 to 56. Three food spots failed inspections, up from two. No businesses opened or closed.
