Uptown permit value drops 65% to $3.5 million
Uptown's permit count fell from 59 to 32 in June, a 46% drop. Total value sank 65%, from $9.9 million to $3.5 million. Twenty of the 32 permits came through the express program. Six were for renovations, four for signage. No new business licenses or closures showed up in the data this month.
