Uptown permits drop to 29, still $6M in work
Uptown issued 29 permits in June, down from 36 the month before. Total value held near $6 million. Most permits—18 of them—came through the express program, which handles smaller routine jobs. Six covered renovations or alterations, three were for signs, and two for demolition. No new business licenses or closures showed up in the data for the month.
