South Deering permit value jumps to $15.8 million
Eleven permits pulled in July totaled $15.8 million, up from $153,000 the month before. Eight of those were filed under the city's express permit program. One new construction permit accounted for most of the dollar swing. No new businesses registered, no service requests logged, and the public safety tallies came back at zero.
