Roseland residents filed 1,157 service requests in February, down 19% from January's 1,423. Tree trim requests topped the list at 119, followed by 110 pothole complaints. The city issued 26 building permits worth $621k—$174k less than the month before. Most were express permits. Violent crime fell from 143 incidents to 119. Food inspection failures dropped from eight to four. No businesses opened or closed on the city's registry.
