Permit value in Rogers Park shot up 347% in March, hitting $2.3 million compared to $517k the month before. The 19 permits weren't much different from February's 18, but something bigger landed on the books. Thirteen of them came through the express program, three were for signs, and two covered renovations. No new businesses opened or closed during the month.
