Pullman · 2025-10
Pullman permit value jumps to $5.6 million
October's 13 permits totaled $5.6 million, up from $1.9 million the month before—a tripling driven largely by one new construction project. Ten of the permits came through the express program. No businesses opened or closed. Service requests dipped slightly to 250, led by tree debris cleanup (24 calls) and garbage cart issues (20). Crime ticked up: 98 incidents versus 87 in September, with violent offenses climbing from 28 to 37. Three food establishments failed inspections, up from one.
