Pullman service requests jump 48% on tree calls
Pullman's 311 requests shot up to 382 in May, 48% higher than April, led by 93 tree emergencies and 67 debris clean-up calls. Permits rose to 15 from 11, holding value near $2.6 million. Seven came through the express program. Violent crime dropped a third to 20 incidents, though overall crime edged up 12% to 86. No businesses opened or closed.
