Permit value in Pullman jumped 139% in April, hitting $2.6 million on just eleven permits—one more than March. Six of those came through the express program, with three renovations rounding out most of the activity. Crime dropped 18%, from 94 incidents to 77, though violent offenses ticked up slightly. Service requests stayed flat at 258, led by potholes (25) and abandoned vehicles (23). No new businesses opened or closed. One food inspection failed.
