Pullman permit value drops 93% despite stable count
Pullman pulled 10 permits in March, one more than February, but their total value cratered from $15.4 million to $1.1 million. Eight of the 10 were express permits, which tend to cover smaller jobs. No new construction this time around. Residents filed 258 service requests, up 14%, led by 52 pothole complaints. Violent crime ticked up from 24 incidents to 29. Overall crime stayed flat at 94.
