Pullman permit value hits $10.7M on single project
Pullman's permit value shot from $106,000 in September to $10.7 million in October, a hundredfold jump driven by one or two large projects among 10 total permits. Seven came through the express program. Residents filed 260 service requests, up 27%, with tree planting (32) and tree debris cleanup (20) leading the list. Crime rose 21% to 105 incidents, including 31 violent offenses—up from 27. Food inspection failures dropped from four to two.
