Pullman permit spending doubles despite fewer projects
Pullman logged $474k in construction work across five permits in June, almost double May's total despite fewer actual projects. Four of those permits came through the express program. Residents filed 292 service requests, down 12% from the previous month. Potholes dominated the list with 62 complaints, followed by tree-related issues. Crime fell slightly to 91 incidents, with violent offenses dropping by more than a third to 22. No new businesses opened or closed.
