Permits surged to 34 in March, up from seven in February, with construction value climbing 216% to $2.3 million. Twenty-four were express permits; nine covered renovations. Service requests rose 41% to 29,818, driven almost entirely by aircraft noise complaints—29,574 of them. Crime inched up 4% to 131 incidents, while violent offenses dipped to 28. No businesses opened or closed. Three food spots failed inspections.
