Violent crime hit 23 incidents, up from 13 in January. Overall crime rose 55% to 79 reports. Permit values dropped 73% to $1 million, down from $3.75 million the month before. New business licenses fell to seven from 17. Arrivals included Hello Hookah, a tobacco shop, and Safe Place Pest Control. Residents filed 140 tree-trim requests—a category the city no longer accepts—and 85 pothole complaints. Of the 18 permits issued, 12 were express permits.
