North Lawndale permit value drops 71% to $1M
North Lawndale pulled 22 permits in February, down from 41 the month before. Total value fell to just over $1 million, a 71% drop from January's $3.5 million. Fourteen of the permits came through the express program. Five were for renovations, two for elevator work, and one for new construction. No new business licenses or closures showed up this month.
