North Center logged 50 permits in November, down from 72 the month before. Permit value fell to $6.3 million from $8.6 million. Most of the work came through the express program—21 permits—followed by 13 sign permits and eight renovation jobs. Six demolition permits went out. No new business licenses or closures showed up in the data.
