Mount Greenwood permit value jumps to $1.57 million
Ten permits pulled $1.57 million in declared work in April, more than double March's $652k. Seven of those came through the express-permit program. Service requests ticked up four percent to 437, led by 70 pothole complaints. Crime dropped 29 percent to 32 incidents, with violent offenses down from 19 to 13. One food establishment failed inspection. No new business licenses, no closures.
