Mount Greenwood's violent crime count jumped from 5 to 15 in May — a 200% spike. Overall crime climbed 54% to 43 incidents. Ten building permits totaled $1.17 million, all of it under the express program or renovation work. Service requests rose 40% to 621, led by garbage cart issues (70 calls), rat complaints (59), and potholes (54). No new businesses opened or closed. Food inspection failures dropped to zero after three in April.
