Fourteen businesses got licenses (down from 16 in February), including H & R Block and Lake Shore Glass. Service requests climbed 19%, driven by 204 graffiti removal calls and 78 pothole complaints. Violent crime rose from 19 to 24 incidents. One food establishment failed inspection.
