Loop permit value drops 56% to $41 million
The Loop pulled 155 permits in December, down 10% from November, with total value falling from $93 million to $41 million. Most of the activity—106 permits—went through the express program, while another 35 covered renovation or alteration work. Elevator equipment accounted for eight permits. No new business licenses showed up in the data this month.
