Loop permits jump 42% on express program surge
The Loop pulled 289 permits in July, up 42% from June, with 191 of them through the express program. Renovation and new construction permits followed at 43 and 28, respectively. Total permitted value climbed slightly to $86.4 million. No new business licenses or closures showed up in the data this month.
