Logan Square permit value jumps to $15.8 million
Logan Square pulled 58 permits in November, down 31% from October, but their total value more than doubled to $15.8 million. More than half the permits came through the express program—27 of them—while 13 covered renovations and nine were for new construction. The dollar spike suggests at least one major project in the mix, though the permit count itself dropped off.
