Logan Square permit value jumps 34% on $8.3 million
Logan Square pulled 64 permits in April worth $8.3 million, up a third from March's $6.2 million. Express permits led the count at 34, followed by 18 renovation or alteration jobs. Five new construction permits also came through. The volume barely budged — one more permit than the month before — but the dollar figures moved.
