Logan Square permit value hits $21 million despite fewer filings
Logan Square pulled 74 permits in November, down 20% from October, but their combined value jumped to $21.3 million—more than double the prior month's $10.3 million. Express permits led at 29, followed by 19 renovation jobs. Crime fell 23% to 404 incidents; violent offenses dropped 28% to 69. Graffiti removal topped 311 requests at 372, while residents called in 171 yard waste pickups. Four food spots failed inspections, down from seven in October.
