Logan Square permit value jumps to $13.4 million
Logan Square saw $13.4 million in permit value during July, nearly triple June's $4.7 million. The 78 permits weren't much different from last month's count, but something big moved the dollar figure. Express permits made up most of the activity—48 of them—followed by 13 renovation jobs. Six new construction permits and a handful of sign and demo permits rounded out the month. No new business licenses appeared in the data.
