Lincoln Square permits jump 31%, led by express jobs
Lincoln Square pulled 34 permits in January, up from 26 in December. More than half were express permits — quick turnarounds for minor work. The dollar total dropped 29%, to just over $2 million, even as permit volume climbed. Seven renovation jobs, four demo permits, and three new construction rounds out the picture. No new business licenses landed, and no service requests showed up in the data.
