Lincoln Square permits jump 38% on express work
Lincoln Square logged 47 permits in July, up 38% from June, with total project value hitting $6.1 million. More than half the permits—26—came through the city's express program, which fast-tracks smaller jobs. Ten renovation permits and four new-construction permits rounded out the activity. No new businesses opened and none closed during the month.
