Lincoln Park permits drop to 92, down 22% from October
Lincoln Park pulled 92 permits in November, down from 118 the prior month. Two-thirds were Express Program permits—the city's fast-track process for smaller jobs. Total permitted work fell to $11.5 million, a quarter less than October's $15.5 million. Five permits went to new construction, five to elevator equipment. No new business licenses or closures showed up in the data this month.
