Lincoln Park permit spending falls 57% to $5 million
Lincoln Park pulled 93 permits in March, up 7% from February, but the dollar value dropped sharply—from $11.7 million to just over $5 million. More than half the permits (58) came through the express program, which handles smaller jobs. Sign permits accounted for 16, and renovation work took 11. Three new-construction permits also appeared. No new business licenses or closures showed up this month.
