Lake View permit value doubles to $22.5 million
Lake View pulled 105 permits worth $22.48 million in March, more than double February's $10.1 million. Express permits led the way with 46 filings. New businesses included Milly's Pizza in the Pan and Fathom, a tavern that also registered as a retail food spot. Service requests jumped 40 percent to 2,495, with graffiti removal topping the list at 407 calls. Violent crime rose from 86 incidents to 108. E-scooter parking complaints hit 182, making it the third-most-common 311 call.
