Lake View permit value drops 31% to $11.6M
Lake View pulled 113 permits in October, up six from September, but total value fell 31% to $11.6 million. More than half the permits—55—came through the express program, mostly small-scale work. Renovation and alteration permits accounted for 21, signs for 17. Nine new construction permits and seven demo permits rounded out the activity. No new business licenses showed up in the data this month.
