Lake View pulled 79 permits in September, down 15% from August, but their total value climbed 62% to just over $16 million. Nearly 60% of permits came through the express program. Ten were renovation projects, eight for new construction, and five for demolition. No new businesses or closures showed up in the city's registry this month.
