Lake View pulled 93 permits in July, down 11% from June, but their combined value climbed 84% to $17.2 million. Half were express permits, the fastest-track option. Crime fell 9% overall, with violent incidents down 15%. Residents filed 2,383 service requests, up slightly, led by graffiti removal (244) and rat complaints (227). Food inspection failures ticked up from 13 to 16. No new business licenses were recorded.
