Kenwood permit value jumps 79% to $3.6M
Kenwood pulled 20 permits in November, five fewer than October, but their total value climbed 79% to $3.6 million. Thirteen were express permits, the fastest-growing category. Service requests dropped 16% to 213, led by 25 abandoned vehicle complaints and 20 plumbing violations. Violent crime rose 43% to 57 incidents, even as overall crime fell 21% to 161. Food inspection failures dropped from seven to one. No new businesses opened or closed during the month.
