Permit value in Jefferson Park fell from $1.3 million to $584k in February, even as the count ticked up from 11 to 13. Seven of those permits went through the express program. Residents filed 682 service requests, down 19% from January's 840—potholes and abandoned vehicles topped the list, while the old tree-trim category still pulled 97 requests despite no longer being accepted. Crime reports rose 21% to 75 incidents. Four food establishments failed inspection, up from one the month prior.
