Hyde Park logs 28 permits, most through express track
Hyde Park pulled 28 permits in January, up 27% from 22 in December. Fifteen came through the express permit program—more than half the total. Another seven covered renovation work and five were for elevator equipment. One new-construction permit rounded out the month. Total permit value came in at $5.8 million, down 2.3% from December's $6 million. No new business licenses appeared in city records, and none closed.
