Hermosa permit value jumps to $276k on fewer pulls
Hermosa pulled 11 permits in November, down from 16 the month prior, but their combined value more than doubled to $276,431. Seven came through the city's express program. Violent crime rose 37.5 percent—33 incidents versus 24 in October—while overall crime fell slightly. Rodent baiting requests led 311 calls with 41, trailed by yard waste pickups and garbage cart fixes. One food establishment failed inspection, down from four.
