Hermosa permit value nearly doubles to $126k
Hermosa pulled nine permits in October, three fewer than September, but their combined value jumped 95% to $126,110. Six came through the Express Permit Program. Crime fell 15% to 100 incidents, with violent offenses down 24% to 34. Service requests dropped 10% to 508, led by 75 rodent baiting calls. Four food establishments failed inspections, up from zero the month prior. No new businesses registered or closed.
