Hermosa permit value jumps to $2.4 million
Hermosa's construction permit value shot up to $2.4 million in August, a fourteen-fold increase from July's $164k. The neighborhood logged 15 permits, up from six the month before. Eleven were filed through the city's express program. One new-construction permit and a pair of renovation permits rounded out the rest. No new businesses opened and service requests flatlined at zero.
