Greater Grand Crossing pulled 42 permits in September, up from 31 the month before. Total value hit $1.5 million—an 84% jump from August's $837,000. Most of that came through 32 express permits, a fast-track program for simpler jobs. Five renovation or alteration permits also went through, along with three for elevator equipment.
