Grand Boulevard pulled 23 permits in June worth $7.4 million, more than triple the prior month's $2.1 million. Ten of those permits came through the express program. The neighborhood logged 632 service requests, up 20%, with abandoned vehicle complaints leading at 50. Violent crime rose from 76 incidents to 92. Total crime dipped slightly to 288. Three food establishments failed inspections. No new business licenses were issued.
