Permit value jumps 171% on fewer projects
Garfield Ridge logged $5.5 million in permit value during April, up 171% from March, even as the number of permits fell from 33 to 24. Most were express permits. New licenses went to Tacqueria Kairos 1, Ascend Cannabis, and Ted's Auto Repair, among 10 total. Crime dropped sharply—74 incidents versus 140 the month prior, with violent offenses down by half. Service requests fell 12%, though 230 calls came in for tree trimming despite the category no longer being accepted. Graffiti removal and pothole complaints rounded out the top 311 issues.
