Permit value in Garfield Ridge jumped 95% to $732,228 in February, even as the number of permits fell from 22 to 18. Express permits led the way with 10 issued. Service requests dropped 11%, with tree trim complaints topping the list at 273—though the city's no longer accepting that category. Violent crime fell 19% to 25 incidents.
