Twenty permits in February pulled $842k in declared value, up 184% from January's $296k. Sixteen were express permits; two were renovation jobs. Service requests fell 21% to 882, led by 141 tree-trim requests and 109 graffiti complaints. Potholes and garbage-cart issues rounded out the top five. Violent crime edged up to 35 incidents from 32. Two food inspections failed, double last month's one. No businesses opened or closed.
